TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT (hereafter “Terms”) governs your use of our web site (hereafter “web site”). It is important that you read the Terms carefully, as your use of the web site will automatically constitute your agreement to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. These Terms also govern your use or purchase of the products/services provided through or in connection with the web site (hereafter “services”). Each time you use our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the web site(s) or the services provided by Company through its web site(s).
This Website is owned by HRH Solutions Midlands Ltd (hereafter “Company”). Our company registration number is 08428582. Our VAT registration number is GB 119913893.
The following words used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
– “Personal Information” shall mean all data and/or information provided by and about User, including e-mail address (es), name, address, credit card, or other payment information, etc.;
– “Company web site” shall mean all web sites on which Company provides products and/or services.
– “Company User” shall mean all Users of the Company web site(s) and services.
– “Company Products and Services” shall mean all products and/or services provided directly by Company;
– “3rd Parties” include all advertisers, partners and affiliate vendors that are included on, or linked to, the Company web site(s).
– The section titles used in these Terms are purely for convenience and carry with them no legal or contractual effect.

ORDERING GOODS FROM US
DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF GOODS
We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice. The price shown on the website is the latest price for sale and over-rides any other prices, including written prices on mailouts.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
PLACING AN ORDER
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).
Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order or send you confirmation by email even if your payment has been processed immediately.
We may refuse at our discretion to accept an order:
(a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(b) if there has been a pricing or product description error
(c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(d) where goods ordered by you are not available
(e) if we do not deliver to your area
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Some items on our website are individually made to order and once ordered and confirmed these items cannot be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customer’s request.
Certain items will require additional conditions that will be sent to you by email, which you will have to agree to before we place the order with our supplier.
Payment can be made through Paypal using Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard or Paypal. We do not accept American Express. Payment gets taken automatically. However if items are on Back Order or are not available, we can refund upon your request. In this instance, we will contact you again for payment before the items are despatched. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.
Payment online: Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the Website.
For some orders we may ask for a B.A.C.S payment / transfer as an alternative to credit card payment.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases.
By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. During security checks we may ask for additional information or documentation to help support the data you supplied.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL
PayPal is an external, secure online account that stores and safeguards your bank, credit or debit card details, allowing you to pay safely and easily without sharing any of your financial information. You can use PayPal to pay online for your products without ever having to enter or share your account details with us.
Please note that Paypal is an external company. Whilst Paypal does accept payment from all countries, at HRH Solutions we are unable to provide overseas shipping. For further information about our delivery and shipping fees and limitations, please scroll down to the ‘DELIVERY’ section on this page.
PAYPAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
We recommend that you read PayPal’s terms and conditions in order to ensure you use the system correctly and avoid any possible disappointment. View PayPal’s terms and conditions.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING
As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment, we will begin to process your order through our system and will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email constitutes acceptance by us and at this point a contract is formed between us. It is our policy to charge payment upon taking an order even if the goods are not immediately available for shipment.
We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, however, please note; alternative delivery addresses on a first order are subject to accounts discretion.
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 – 5 business days. Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time. All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (excluding weekends) – we are unable to give exact delivery times.
You can also specify your required date between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify HRH Solutions in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside, delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver upload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
SCOTLAND AND IRELAND DELIVERIES

HRH Solutions do NOT:
Offer next day delivery unless explicitly detailed, agreed and charged separately.
Deliver outside of the UK. You may choose to arrange your own delivery outside of the UK, but in these circumstances HRH Solutions will not absorb delivery costs, nor delivery costs for returned goods.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We deliver to UK Mainland only. We do not deliver to shipping agents. Customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points:
Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK
HRH Solutions Midlands Ltd will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK
All goods must be checked for damage or defects
Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your shipping schedules
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PRE-BOOK AN ELECTRICIAN, PLUMBER, BUILDER OR ANY INSTALLER UNTIL GOODS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED AND CHECKED, AS HRH SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR TRADESPERSON(S) CHARGES.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 5 working days of the date on which we marked the order as Complete and notified you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address or email of the problem within 14 days from the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
DAMAGED GOODS OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
For goods which have arrived damaged you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receipt of the order.
Please note that any Products returned which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by technicians. Any returned Products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the Product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.
Returns for goods that are not faulty or damaged may be subject to a restocking charge. Returns are at senders cost and liability. In this case all items must be unfitted, in original boxes or packaging and in a good saleable condition.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
HRH Solutions is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a new electric fire was purchased from us we would accept your old electric fire and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item (at their own expense) to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-our wheeled bin symbol.
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
